POPSTAR turned fraudster turned preacher Kevin Glancy has announced an intention to return to the limelight by relaunching his music career.

The former Bronski Beat singer from Helensburgh, who narrowly escaped a jail sentence for fraud because he had become a Christian, will appear on the Revelation Channel on Sky TV next month.

The live one-hour show will feature Glancy playing songs from his new album and talking about how his faith in God has helped him.

Glancy, who now lives in Lincolnshire and preaches at the local church, has been signed to Faith Records with whom he has recorded the album ‘Atmosphere for Miracles’.

He said: “I have got another opportunity here - I was done for fraud, I was facing five years in jail and I believe its the last opportunity I’ll get. I have turned over a new leaf, some people believe me, some people don’t.”
