HELENSBURGH Slimming World’s couple of the year and man of the year have been named.

Harpreet Singh Sohal and wife Baljit have lost almost 10 stone between them over the past 12 months, with Harpreet shedding six stone in 42 weeks and Baljit losing more than three stone.

Their amazing weight loss journeys are made all the more impressive by the fact that together they run the Curry Club Indian restaurant on Old Luss Road, and, both being vegetarian, they have successfully adapted their Asian cuisine to suit their new healthy eating regime.
