A MAN has been arrested and charged in connection with the death of Steven Savage in Yoker.
Police were called to a property in Halley Place on September 17 where the 43-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
A 59-year-old man is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court later today, said Police Scotland, who are submitting a report to the procurator fiscal.
Family and friends paid tribute to Steven earlier this week.
His niece, Nicola Savage Leppard, wrote on Facebook: "I can’t believe that you're gone. RIP Steven you’ll be sadly missed by all your family and friends, gbnf."
His sister, Susanne Savage, changed her Facebook profile image to a picture of Steven and his late mother.
The tribute sparked a flurry of comments in memory of Steven.

Shazy Tracey Dunlop added: "So sorry for your loss Susanne, heard yesterday, so sad he was a good boy, gbnf."
Linzi Gerry said: "Thinking of you all, I honesty can't believe he's gone, so sad. R.I.P Steven."
And Barra Hagan wrote: "RIP, great wee guy, always spot on when you met him on the street."
