A 19-year-old driver was stopped near the Ardencaple Hotel in Rhu
A TEENAGER from Glasgow has appeared at Dumbarton Sheriff Court after being caught allegedly driving whilst under the influence of alcohol and while disqualified.
Police in Helensburgh stopped a Renault Clio near the Ardencaple Hotel, just before midnight on Thursday, January 23.

The driver was identified as a 19-year-old man from Glasgow, said to have been clearly under the influence of alcohol.
He was arrested and charged with allegedly refusing to provide details, alleged drink driving, driving while disqualified and with no insurance.
