The Allander Jazz Band makes a welcome return to Helensburgh Parish Church Hall on Saturday, March 14 at 7.30pm.

Formed in the mid-1980s, the band plays regular concerts across the west of Scotland, raising money for a wide range of charities with their repertoire of Dixieland and traditional jazz.

The group comprises David Muirie on trumpet, John Gourlay on trombone, Bill Gardiner on piano, Clive Deakin on clarinet, Julian Fosh on bass, Peter MacKinnon on drums and Jeannie Maxwell on vocals.

Hosted by the Church Link Group, tickets for this great evening of music cost £8 (including a light supper) and are available from Helensburgh Parish Church office on 01436 676880.
