Helensburgh Community Council's first beach clean of 2020 will be held on Saturday, February 29
HELENSBURGH’S first community beach clean of the year is being held this weekend.
Organised by Helensburgh Community Council, the event will be a chance to clear up debris and marine litter washed up on the town centre seafront following the recent storms.
Meet outside the public toilets on Helensburgh pier at 10am this Saturday, February 29.
Monthly clean-ups will continue throughout the summer in addition to regular community events in Cardross, Rhu, Garelochhead and Arrochar.
