A MAN has been charged with alleged drink driving after being arrested in the Helensburgh pier car park.
Police were alerted by coastguard personnel to a possible drunk driver within a vehicle in the car park at 8pm on Sunday, March 8.
Officers attended the scene, and a 44-year-old from Cumbernauld was subsequently arrested for the alleged offence.
A report has been sent to the procurator fiscal.
