A 42-YEAR-OLD man has been charged with committing three motoring offences after police reportedly saw a car being driven erratically in the centre of Helensburgh.
Officers pulled over a silver car in Sinclair Street at 1am on May 19 and reportedly detected a smell of alcohol from the driver.
However, according to police the man, a resident of West Clyde Street, refused to provide a breath sample.
