OUR latest selection of photos sent in by the Advertiser’s readers shows that no matter the weather conditions, or the time of the year, Helensburgh and Lomond is full of people who have an eye for a stunning scenic picture.

This week’s photos were taken before and during the pandemic lockdown - indeed one dates back to the autumn of last year, and has been patiently waiting since then for its moment of fame in our pages.

A huge thank you to everyone who has sent in contributions for our ‘Picture of the Week’ feature over the last few months - and who have continued to do so, even after the feature itself was put on hold after the coronavirus pandemic forced us to put some of the regular sections of the paper on ice.
