A MAN was arrested in Cardross after an alleged disturbance at a home in the village.
Police attended a report of a row at a property in Kilmahew Drive at around 8.30pm on Saturday, June 27.
When officers arrived at the address, a 43-year-old man from Renton was allegedly verbally abusive towards them and attempted to lash out to resist prevent being placed under arrest.

Further officers were called to assist and the man was eventually arrested safely before being taken to Clydebank police office.
He was charged with an alleged disorder offence, resisting arrest and the alleged assault of police officers.
He was later released from custody, and a report will be sent to the procurator fiscal.
