A 44-year-old man has been reported missing from his home in Rhu.

Police in Helensburgh are appealing for information to help trace Scott Campbell, 44, who was last seen at around 4pm on Thursday, August 20 at his home address in the village.

He is described as white, around 5ft 10in tall with a slim build, short dark hair, beard stubble and hazel eyes.

When last seen, Scott was wearing blue jeans, a grey T-shirt and black and tan boots.

Sergeant Martin Miller from Helensburgh police office said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned about Scott's welfare and we are asking for assistance from members of the public to help trace him safe and well.

“I would ask if you have noticed anyone matching this description or have any information surrounding Scott’s whereabouts that you get in contact with Police.

“Police can be contacted on 101 quoting incident number 2939 of Thursday, August 20, 2020."
