Charlie Cairns is the new project manager at Helensburgh's Hermitage Park
HERMITAGE Park has a new park manager and project delivery officer.
Charlie Cairns will be in post until September 2021, when the regeneration project in the park, financed by the Heritage Lottery Fund, officially comes to an end.
Mr Cairns previously worked for Inverclyde Council as manager of the Lower Clyde Greenspace initiative and has recently spent two years working with Neilston Development Trust. He has been involved in initiatives at Duchess Wood in the past.

He replaces Melissa Simpson, who left in January after being head-hunted for a new role at Dumfries House in Ayrshire.
