The fire-damaged properties have now been partially demolished to allow for reinstatement work.
Reinstatement work is being led by NIXON and will hopefully be completed by Autumn 2021.
Principal contractor Linear Design and Construct Limited has been appointed to join the work for the next 48 weeks.
Despite the impact of the coronavirus pandemic, project director Dominic MacConnell believes the work will be finished on schedule.
