WITH the enforcement of a second national lockdown this week, we are all faced with the prospect of staring at the same four walls for the next four weeks or so, barring any essential travel outdoors.
Luckily enough for Helensburgh and Lomond residents there is a plentiful selection of picture perfect beauty spots within walking distance to offer some respite from the daily coronavirus grind.
And if you’re taking in the stunning local scenery whilst escaping from the confines of your own home, we want to see your best photos.
The Advertiser has launched a new Camera Club group on social media for users to send in their photographic contributions which will then be featured in upcoming editions of the paper and online, at helensburghadvertiser.co.uk.
All you have to do is search for ‘Helensburgh Advertiser Camera Club’ on Facebook, request to join, submit your favourite examples of your work - and then sit back and enjoy your pictures, and those taken by others, showcasing the area in all its glory.
Thanks to everyone who has sent in contributions so far, including those featured on this page - keep an eye out for future print editions to see if your photo makes the cut. Keep them coming!
