A FORMER restaurant near Helensburgh is set to play host to a “wedding showcase” event later this year.
Glasgow-based wedding and events planners Conifer Events announced details of the event on social media this week.
They say the event, with a “hand-picked selection of the very best wedding suppliers” will be held at Fruin Farm in Glen Fruin on Sunday, June 13 between 12 noon and 4pm, and that entry will be free.

The Advertiser recently reported that plans have been lodged with the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park Authority to convert a garage and dwelling at Fruin Farm into self-catering accommodation – and to replace a summer house at the site with a holiday cabin.
A decision on those plans is expected early next month.
