Helensburgh Pet Shop

In August 2019, Lesley Reeve, bought the Helensburgh Pet Shop – following 19 years working as the manageress for the previous owners, the Owen family.  In keeping with family ownership, the Pet Shop is owned by Lesley in partnership with her son Alan.

Being a family of animal lovers, it is something they are passionate about. They are keen to continue to grow and develop the Pet Shop to meet the needs of pet owners and animal lovers.

After being classed as an essential service, The Pet Shop remained open throughout lockdown.

With great teamwork they successfully managed to continue to meet the needs of all customers - both existing and new. This is something that the team at the Pet Shop continue to grow and develop, working closely with suppliers and customers.

The shop opening hours are 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Saturday, with a knowledgeable team keen to look after all customers, providing advice and guidance on food, treats, toys and bedding for all your pets. 

The team also do regular deliveries both large and small, free of charge to all in the local area; this broadened during lockdown and so long as demand remains and delivery sizes make it viable, they will continue to do so across the wider local area.  They are also happy to receive enquiries from further afield and will work with these customers to make deliveries work for them.
