CHILDREN across Helensburgh and Lomond are being invited to join in a virtual Easter celebration this weekend.
Local charity Fun First is to hold an online party on Saturday, April 3 for youngsters under five and their parents, with stories, songs, rhymes and dancing all planned - and Easter hats and fancy dress are also encouraged.
The Zoom event will start at 10am and special craft packs, which will be delivered to participants’ doorsteps before the party day, have been sourced in partnership with local pottery painting business Bambiloo.
To join in the free event, all you have to do is register on the Fun First Facebook page or send an email to contactfunfirst@gmail.com.

A Zoom link will be emailed to everyone who has registered before the event begins.
Fun First’s chairperson, Sarah Davies, said: “As restrictions are gradually being lifted we hope to be meeting you all again in person in the early summer, albeit outdoors.
“We have lots of exciting ideas and plans to share, so watch this space.
“Fun First will be back with a bright future and we can’t wait!”
