HELENSBURGH and Gareloch Horticultural Society (HGHS) will host an outdoor plant sale this weekend - its first in more than a year.
The HGHS calendar has been curtailed due to the pandemic but Saturday, May 8 will see the plant sale return at the James Street community garden.
Members of the public are invited to attend the event from 10am to 12.30pm to buy from a wide selection of plants including bedding and vegetable plants, sweet pea plants, perennials, herbaceous and more.
Payment will be cash only and Covid safety measures will be in place on the day, with visitors being asked to observe a one-way system, social distancing and use hand sanitiser.
