A HELENSBURGH access charity is hoping to attract community backing for its plans to improve a popular footpath near the town.
The Helensburgh and District Access Trust (HADAT) has identified the path around the Ardmore peninsula as its next project.
The trust is among the good causes taking part in the Argyll Community Lottery, which means anyone who plays the lottery can contribute to its work – and could win a cash prize too.
To support the trust go to argyllcommunitylottery.co.uk and search for ‘Access Trust’.
You can also donate £5 to HADAT by texting the word PATH to 70470 or via the trust’s website at threelochsway.co.uk.
