WE’VE compiled a list of festive hours for services in Clydebank to help you over the winter period.

Recycling centres will close at 4pm on December 24 and December 31 2021. They will be closed December 25 and January 1 – other than these dates normal operating hours will apply.

All communal recycling points remain open for recycling glass bottles and other recyclable material during the festive period.

Household collections will continue as normal.

Pharmacies located within health centres will be closed on December 25 to December 28 and again on January 1 to 4, with other pharmacies also closed on these days.

Boots in Clyde Shopping Centre will be closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. It will open on December 27 and December 28 from 11am until 5pm. It will be closed on January 1 and 2, and will re-open from 11am until 5pm on January 3 and January 4.

Clan Chemists, on 3 Rockbank Place, will be closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. It will open on December 28 from 9am until 5:30pm. It will be closed on January 1,2 and 3, and will then re-open on January 4 from 9am until 5.30pm.

Boots Pharmacy on 48 North Elgin Street will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and December 27. It will re-open on December 28 from 11am until 4pm. It will close on January 1, 2 and 3 then re-open on January from 11am until 4pm.

TLC Duntocher Pharmacy on 64 Dumbarton Road will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and December 27. It will open on December 28 from 9am until 1pm. It will close on January 1, 2 and 3 and re-open on January 4 from 9am until 1pm.

Parkhall Library closes at 1pm on December 24, with all other libraries closing at 4pm.

Dalmuir Library will open from 9.30am until 5pm on December 29, and will operate under the same hours on December 30.

Dalmuir Library will then open from 9.30am until 4pm on December 31.

All libraries will re-open on Wednesday, January 5 when normal opening hours resume.
