Helensburgh Orchestral Society has announced details of its first concert of 2022.

The orchestra will take to the stage at the Victoria Halls on Sunday, March 27 at 7.45pm.

The programme will feature Schubert’s Overture Rosamunde, Weber’s Bassoon Concerto, and Schumann’s Symphony No 3.

The orchestra, which returned to rehearsing in January, is conducted by Leon Reimer and led by Christine Sinclair, and the programme also features local soloist Fergus Butt on bassoon.

Tickets (£10 for adults, £6 for students, and free for accompanied children under 12) are available now from orchestra members, from the Scandinavian Shop on Sinclair Street, and at the door on the night, subject to availability.
