HELENSBURGH has been named as one of the locations where UK hotel chain Travelodge is recruiting new staff in readiness for what it expects to be a busy summer season.
The company says it wants to fill 40 permanent posts at locations across Scotland, including hotel and housekeeping supervisors and bar/cafe, housekeeping and reception teams.
In addition to the Helensburgh Seafront business, adjoining the Commodore Hotel in West Clyde Street, the company is also seeking to fill positions in Aberdeen, Dumfries, Dunfermline, Edinburgh, Elgin, Fort William, Glasgow, Glenrothes, Inverness, Livingston, Perth and Stirling.
The firm says it is also keen to offer jobs and a fresh start to Ukrainian refugees who have a right to work in the UK.
