THE organisers of Helensburgh’s Winter Festival have announced more details of a special summer festival to mark their 10th birthday.

The one-day extravaganza will be held on Saturday, June 18 from 10am until 5pm and will include street food, live music and dance, stalls, a craft fair, children’s rides and street entertainment.

Buskers, as well as businesses and community groups interested in taking a stall at the event, are being urged to get in touch as soon as possible via the Winter Festival website or by emailing

First held in 2012, the Winter Festival is now a well-established feature of the west of Scotland’s festive events calendar.

A Summer Festival – organised not by the Winter Festival but by the Helensburgh and Lomond Chamber of Commerce – was held each summer from 2014 until 2019.
