A DRIVER crashed his car near Rosneath while allegedly under the influence of alcohol.
Officers from the Ministry of Defence Police saw the incident on the B833 at 2.30am on Saturday, July 23 and alerted Police Scotland.
Police attended and found a black Mitsubishi had come off the road. Officers say the man was under the influence of alcohol and he was breath tested.
The 51-year-old, from Arrochar, was also allegedly found to be in possession of cannabis.
A report has been submitted to the procurator fiscal.
