Views are being sought on the best ways to support those affected by autism.

A survey has been launched jointly by the National Autistic Society Scotland and Scottish Autism, with respondents able to answer all 10 questions anonymously.

Feedback will be used to compile a report that aims to influence politicians as a new independent Commissioner is appointed to protect the rights of autistic people.

The survey asks about the challenges that autistic people and their families face and what the priorities of the Commissioner should be.

Rob Holland, director of the National Autistic Society Scotland, said: “We want to make sure the voices of autistic people and families are heard loud and clear by politicians as to how this will work.”
