A FIRM favourite of Helensburgh's shopping scene is back this weekend - and it's another sign that the town is emerging from its winter hibernation.
The eagerly-awaited Market in the Square is back for the first time in 2023, with dozens of stalls set to fill Colquhoun Square this Saturday, February 11, between 10am and 4pm.
It may be a new year, but the market, which last came to town in mid-December, is set to stick to the tried-and-tested winning formula of quality products at great prices.
While some of the names behind the stalls on Saturday will be familiar to regular shoppers, others are coming to Helensburgh for the first time.
A spokesperson for the event said: "We cannot wait to see and catch up with all of our regular customers."
This Saturday's line-up includes more than 30 vendors selling everything from fruit and veg to poultry and game, and from sweet treats to jewellery and cards.
