RELAXING was the name of the game at Oak Tree Gallery in Helensburgh recently, as the art gallery and holistic hub held a series of free wellbeing taster sessions.
The centre, on East King Street, hosted recent sessions looking at a wide range of areas including ‘healing heather sound therapy’, while Healtherapy Helensburgh ran drop-in taster sessions in a range of therapy techniques, including reflexology, Indian head massage, reiki and crystal therapy.
