HELENSBURGH residents are being invited to enjoy a hair-raising experience this weekend, as a local salon prepares to stage a charity fundraiser.
Jill Roberts Hairdressing is hosting a bake sale on Sunday, March 26, called Baking Cakes to Beat Cancer Sooner.
The event is raising funds for Cancer Research UK and opens at noon on 98 West Princes Street.
It will feature a live performance from musician, Pippa Reid-Foster, who graduated from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in 2014 and has since performed at many festivals including the Edinburgh International Harp Festival and Glasgow’s Celtic Connections.

There will also be a raffle, with an array of prizes on offer including a colour cut and blow-dry, an Indian head massage and a butcher pack.
