THE first craft fair of the year was a big success for Helensburgh creatives.
Helensburgh and Lomond Artisans Association held their gathering to celebrate the aristic talents of residents - and to give shoppers the chance to snap up a little something special for their home or as a gift for a loved one.
The group's co-chair, Heather Little, told the Advertiser: "Our first craft fair of the year went very well.
"We had a steady flow of customers throughout the morning, some of our regular visitors and some new visitors too which we are very happy about.
"We had a good mix of crafters at the event including some new members.
"There was a pop up tearoom and Raffle Board for Robin House Children’s Hospice in Balloch which raised £90."
The next craft fair will take place at the same venue - The Bridge, Helensburgh Parish Church's halls complex - on Saturday, May 27, between 10am and 3pm.
