LICHTIE Healing are holding a ‘sound bath’ event at Geilston Garden in Cardross this weekend.
It’s a wonderful opportunity to quietly lie in the garden and be immersed in calming, soothing sounds. It’s a first for Geilston and is already proving popular.
The 10am session is sold out but an additional session has been put on at 11.30am, and there are still a few places available for those interested in finding out what a ‘sound bath’ involves.
