Dog lovers can treat their pups to a free summer sweet as a doggy ice-cream van is making its way to Loch Lomond Shores.

Pets at Home is visiting the centre as part of its UK tour and will bring a van stocked full of free frozen treats for pooches to the centre today.

On Friday, July 28, the van will be at the shopping mall and leisure hub from 11am until 4pm.

Dog owners will be able to pick up a free dog friendly Frozzys frozen yoghurt for their furry friends and take advantage of a water station – perfect for keeping your pup hydrated after a long walk.

Experts from Pets at Home will be on hand to give advice on how owners can keep their pets safe and cool in the summer and answer any questions related to the topic.

Owners can also pick up discounts to spend in Pets At Home stores, as well as a free spa upgrade at Pets Grooming.

The Pets at Home ice cream van will also be visiting the Oakwell Hall, Derby Dog Lovers Festival, and Clapham Common as part of its UK tour.
