POLICE have launched an investigation after a sign outside a village business near Loch Lomond was stolen.
The sign was removed from outside the Coach House Coffee Shop in Luss earlier this year.
The sign was in place in March, but its absence was only noticed at the beginning of May, when it was reported to police.
The metal sign directing visitors was on the corner of School Road and Pier Road and included the shop's "Clyde Cappuccino" character.
Attached to a sign post, the sign would have had to be removed with metal cutters.
It disappeared some time between March 15 and May 1 this year.
Anyone with information is asked to contact PC Mathieson at Helensburgh police office on 101.
Alternatively, you can call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, where information can be supplied anonymously.
