TWO motorists are due in court after being arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs near Loch Lomond.
Police say a 47-year-old woman was stopped on the A82 near Luss on August 5 at 10.50am.
Officers stopped the vehicle because a check of their records indicated it had no valid MOT certificate, but then detected a smell of cannabis and used a drugs wipe on the driver.
The woman, from the mid Argyll area, was later released on an undertaking to appear at court on a later date.
And in a separate incident on the same day, a 19-year-old man was arrested after police say a positive drugs wipe was recorded when a vehicle was pulled over on the A82 near Arden at around 1.30pm.
He was also released to appear at court at a later date.
