A MAN was held to appear in court on suspicion of breachiing his bail conditions in Helensburgh.
According to Police Scotland, the 43-year-old man had had a curfew imposed on him as a condition of a bail order imposed at Dumbarton Sheriff Court - and that he was allegedly found outwith his home during the hours the restriction was in place.
Police report the incident happened at a property in Helensburgh at 10.08pm on Wednesday, August 9.
The man was arrested and held in custody.
