A Kilcreggan post box was damaged in a vandalism attack last week, police report.

The box was outside a home in Argyll Road and was vandalised sometime between 11am and 8pm on August 15.

In a separate incident, a Portacabin in Helensburgh was damaged between 5pm on August 10 and 5pm on August 14.

The Portacabin was at 74 Buchanan Road in the town and it had a window smashed and a soap dispenser and towel rail pulled from the wall.

Witnesses are asked to contact Helensburgh Police Office on 101.
