A lorry driver has been reported to the procurator fiscal for allegedly not resting enough as he drove on the A82 near Loch Lomond.
Helensburgh police say the 59-year-old man, from Greenock, was stopped near Arden around 3.45pm on Saturday, August 19.
He was reportedly found to be driving without properly recording his driving hours and taking adequate rest periods.
