A MAN was rushed to hospital following a crash on a busy road near Loch Lomond on Wednesday.
Police were called to the scene on the A82 near Luss on the morning of September.
Officers say the vehicles are being recovered from the scene.
Scottish Ambulance Service confirmed that a special operations team was called to the incident and a man in his 50s was taken to Royal Alexandra Hospital.
Traffic Scotland reported the collision on social media and advised motorists to take care on approach to the scene.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 10.35am on Wednesday, 20 September, police were called to a report of a road crash on the A82, near Luss.
"The vehicles are being recovered.”
A spokesperson from the Scottish Ambulance Service said: “We received a call at 1030 hours today to attend a road traffic collision on the A82.
"We dispatched one ambulance and our special operations team to the scene. We transported one male in his 50s to Royal Alexandra Hospital.”
