A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of assaulting a staff member at a pub in Cardross.
Police say the 42-year-old was arrested after officers attended a report of a disturbance at the Cardross Inn at around 11.40pm on Saturday, October 21.
According to police the man refused to leave the premises after being asked to do so by staff.
He alllegedly assaulted a staff member who was trying to usher him out of the pub following the incident.
He was released on a police undertaking and is expected to appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court at a later date.
