Rhu and Shandon Parish Church is urging locals to help them tidy and protect their garden next week.
Volunteers are needed to help clear ivy and bramble bushes, as well as save the cherry trees on the green, during the clean-up operation on Saturday, January 13.
Weather permitting, volunteers will gather from 10am until noon in the church grounds.

Knit and Natter sessions will take place in the Blue Room every Tuesday, from 2pm to 4pm. Call Lyn on 07891 012122 for more details.
