People in Helensburgh and Lomond have shared their images of Storm Isha after gale-force winds battered through the UK overnight.

Trees were brought down and there were reports of roofing, tiles and back gardens suffering damage in and around the town.

Train services were cancelled across the whole of Scotland by ScotRail on Sunday evening, as Network Rail worked around the clock to clear debris and fallen trees off the tracks.

Bev Burns said: "We had a few hundred years old tree come down on our gas tank, two cars garden and a bit of our roof. No heat for us today but could have been worse."
