A GROUP of 50 French students have been soaking up the stunning scenery of the bonnie banks thanks to a local conservation charity.
The Friends of Loch Lomond and the Trossachs took the group on a cruise on the loch to Inversnaid, followed by a guided walking tour of the West Highland Way.
The sail on the loch was accommodated by Tarbet-based firm Cruise Loch Lomond.
Loch Lomond cruises typically provides more than 30 overseas school groups annually to Inversnaid reserve and the West Highland Way, as well as local school groups to Inchcailloch.
Helensburgh resident John Urquhart, chair of the charity and an expert local guide from Loch Lomond Guides, escorted the group on their cruise and led them north of Inversnaid.
Mr Urquhart shared insights about several themes, including helping the group learn about the National Park's role in nurturing and appreciating the environment.
A spokesperson for the Friends said: "A very enjoyable day was had by all."
