A five-star resort in Renfrewshire has shared up an update on re-opening dates for its gym and leisure facilities.
Renovations are currently underway at Mar Hall Hotel, Golf & Spa in Bishopton, including a complete gym makeover.
The facility with brand-new, state-of-the-art workout equipment is set to re-open on Saturday, March 22.
The gym is being overhauled with input from PRIMAL, whose clients include major chains and top leisure clubs such as Soho House.
The pool hall and leisure changing room, meanwhile, are also undergoing a complete refurbishment, with the hotel anticipating that this will re-open by the end of April.
It comes after we reported in February that renovations were soon set to begin at the luxury establishment in early March.
We also previously reported in December that the hotel had been saved with a £15million investment from the Dubai-based Dutco Group after falling into administration in August last year.
A post this week on the resort’s Facebook page said: “We're thrilled to announce the beginning of our journey to elevate Mar Hall into one of Scotland's Premier five-star resorts with a significant investment in enhancing our leisure facilities.”
“Stay tuned for sneak peeks of these fantastic new facilities post-refurbishment,” the post added.
“If you have an upcoming booking during this period, our spa team is here to assist you with rescheduling.
“We can't wait to welcome you back to a rejuvenated and revitalised spa experience. See you soon.”
