A Garelochhead group has thanked locals for their “marvellous” support during a recent event where they raised hundreds of pounds.
The Garelochhead Senior Citizens Group held their Spring Tea on Thursday, March 7 and earned a total of £374.50 which will go toward the club.
Visitors enjoyed tea, coffee, and home baking, could buy items at a sales table, book sale, and took part in a raffle and lucky dip.
Evelyn Smith of the group said: “A really big thank you to everyone who joined Garelochhead Senior Citizens for our fundraising Spring Tea.
“You were all marvellous and helped raise a wonderful £374.50.
“Those who attended enjoyed the afternoon as much as we did, your support was very much appreciated.”
