Plans have been submitted for the sub-division of commercial units and the change of use of an old snooker hall in Paisley.
It is proposed that nine self-storage units and three commercial units with shutter and vehicle access are created from the division of the units at 70 Espedair Street.
The conversion of the first-floor space would create a two-bed short-term let apartment, according to the plans.
Currently all of the ground floor units are being used as commercial mechanics garages, while previously the first-floor unit was a snooker/pool hall.
A decision has not yet been made on the application which was submitted to planners on January 22 and validated on March 19.
