A Helensburgh man was arrested for allegedly having a knife in a town hotel at the weekend.
The 34-year-old man was reportedly seen in the County Hotel with the item. He was stopped a short distance from the venue and the weapon seized.
Police said the incident happened at the Old Luss Road venue at about 4.30pm on Sunday, March 24.
The man was arrested and released to appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court at a later date.
