A WOMAN who assaulted someone on a footpath in broad daylight has been given a recorded police warning.
The 35-year-old from Helensburgh committed the assault on a footpath near a block of flats on Old Luss Road on April 9.
The incident, at about 12.30pm, resulted in a warning from officers over the conduct.
