PART of a community centre in Helensburgh is to close for five weeks for "essential upgrades".
The closure, starting on August 25, will only affect the main building of the Drumfork Community Centre.
The work is being carried out to ensure the centre meets fire safety regulations.
It is planned to reopen on September 30, subject to any changes.
However, the community timetable will continue during this period.
Activities will be relocated to different venues within Churchill Square, specifically St Margaret’s Church and The Cabin.
Residents are advised to check the Drumfork Community Centre Facebook page for daily updates on what is on and where it will be held.
Acknowledging the inconvenience, the centre expressed gratitude for the community's patience and support during the upgrade period.
