NAVAL families in Helensburgh and Lomond are being invited to two drop-in events to launch a new programme.
The Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity (RNRMC) is holding the events in the town this month as part of its new Strengthening Families programme in Scotland.
Designed to support naval and marine families, the friendly, café-style sessions are a chance to meet the RNRMC team, hear more about the services available, and connect with others in the community.
Children are very welcome to head along, and refreshments will be provided for each event.

The first event will take place from 6-8pm on Monday, September 8 at the Helensburgh and Lomond Civic Centre.
It is a relaxed evening for families to meet the charity's team, enjoy drinks and nibbles, and learn more about how the programme can offer support, advice, and connection.
Meanwhile the next event will take the following morning from 9am- 12.3pm on September 9 at the same venue.
It is an opportunity to meet RNRMC’s neurodiversity navigators and mental health and wellbeing navigators.
Families can drop in at any time to chat over coffee and cake, ask questions, get advice, and find out how these services can support them.
