THE countdown begins for the Helensburgh lifeboat's autumn fair and coffee morning.
The event will take place from 10am until 12.30pm on Saturday, October 25 at the United Reformed Church on West Princes Street.
And the fundraising team behind the event are looking forward to welcoming people through the doors.
There will be a selection of family pre-loved jigsaws, paperbacks for all ages, along with tea, coffee and home baking.
Katy Findlay, secretary of the RNLI fundraising committee, said: “We have been overwhelmed by the support from the local businesses and shops. We have some fantastic raffle prizes.
"Top prizes include a family ticket for SECC Carnival tickets, a pair of glasses from Helensburgh Eyecare and some amazing gifts and vouchers for shops in Helensburgh and the surrounding area.
"Our luxury Christmas hamper is full of goodies for the festive season. A huge thank you to everyone for their support.
"We also have our new stock of Christmas cards, calendars and diaries as well as gifts for all the family. We hope to see as many people as possible on Saturday.”
The money raised from the coffee morning helps support the town's crew to save lives at sea.
The RNLI Helensburgh crew is on call 24/7/365 days of the year and this year the lifeboat has been called out 35 times - and more than 2,000 times since the station was founded in 1965.
