LOCH Lomond Waterfront Lodges has been put on the market for £3.75 million.
The five-star holiday park located in Balmaha, on the east shore of Loch Lomond, is up for sale as the owners prepare for retirement after more than two decades of ownership.

The business comprises 11 Scandinavian-style lodges and chalets, along with four cabins, all set within 16 acres of landscaped grounds, including access to the loch foreshore.

Ownership of a detached family residence adjacent to the site is available through separate negotiation.

The location offers guests a convenient base for exploring Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, as well as Argyll, Perthshire, and the Central and Western Highlands.
The sale also includes all furniture, trade fittings, and inventory, with vacant possession available on completion, subject to existing rental bookings.
Planning permission is in place for an additional four cabins.
